I am a Toronto-based writer with a keen interest in fashion and beauty.
I’m currently pursuing a postgraduate certificate in Professional Writing and Communications at Humber College to strengthen my writing, editing and communication skills.
I’m an English major.
In 2016, I graduated from the University of Ottawa with a B.A in English and Sociology and completed several co-op placements with the Government of Canada. As a result, I developed a broad understanding of digital communication and gained experience working with various social media platforms. During my studies, I also wrote for the online magazine Her Campus U Ottawa where I discovered my love of fashion and beauty journalism.

Upon graduating, I started a blog, Portrait of A Fashionista, where I write about personal style, beauty, travel and lifestyle. I attended George Brown College’s Fashion Management program and learned extensively about supply chain management and the Canadian fashion industry.

I have contributed to canadianliving.com and ellecanada.com in the areas of fashion, health, beauty and pop culture and I’m devoted to a career in journalism and publishing.
